Prototype CDMS dokaze efektivne charakterizovat stabilitu AAV serotypu pri ruznych teplotach. Pozorovana zmena priblizne 10% poklesu plneho capsidu mezi 22°C a 50°C muze ovlivnit integritu a ucinnost gene terapie.

- S rostouci teplotou od 22°C do 50°C klesla relativni zastoupeni plnych capsidu o 10-14%, casticne naplnenych o 10% a prazdnych se zvysila o 18-24%
