April Holcomb graduated from Drexel University with a PhD in analytical chemistry specializing in time-of-flight mass spectrometry. In addition to a teaching assistant she also worked for pharmaceutical and medical device companies utilizing various MS techniques. After graduating, she began her career as an applications service chemist for a small analytical instrumentation company. April joined Agilent as a Field Service Engineer in the Washington DC area in 2012 and in mid-2019 became the Americas Regional System Specialist for LC/MS TOF & QTOF products.

Gerald Alexis is the Americas Regional System Specialist for LCMS Triple Quads for Agilent Technologies. He has 20 years of field service experience, 13 years at Agilent where he supported the NY/NJ metropolitan region customers find solutions to their life science problems. In his role as a regional system specialist, he has focused on generating, disseminating and preserving knowledge for Agilent. Gerald graduated from City University in New York with a B.S. in Biology and enjoys playing the cello, trumpet and 8-ball.
