Comprehensive SEC Solutions: Performance and Application Insights Across Agilent’s SEC Columns

Size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is an essential technique for separating and characterizing biomolecules and polymers based on hydrodynamic size, enabling applications such as aggregate analysis of therapeutic proteins, assessment of viral vectors and nucleic acid therapeutics, and molecular‑weight profiling of synthetic polymers.
In this webinar, we will present a streamlined SEC workflow using Agilent LC platforms alongside Agilent’s full portfolio of SEC column solutions. The session will highlight performance characteristics, application fit, and best-practice method setup for multiple Agilent SEC columns—including our most advanced column technologies designed for high efficiency, minimal secondary interactions, and dependable robustness across complex sample types. Attendees will gain practical guidance on selecting the right column for their application, optimizing isocratic SEC conditions, and achieving reproducible, high-resolution separations in both R&D and QC environments.
