Preparing for LC Analysis: What to Consider Ahead of Time

Whether you’re starting a new method or running a routine one, having a checklist to review before starting can help avoid chromatography problems.
In this webinar, we will discuss:
- Sample characteristics (target analytes, matrix, etc.) and how to prepare the sample for LC analysis
- Which supplies to use to get the best results possible
- How to select the appropriate column, equilibrate it, benchmark it with your system, and how to take care of it
- Getting to know your LC system, the importance of maintenance and having a “housekeeping” list.
