Tosoh Tuesday - Exploring the AAV Toolkit
On June 23, Abbie Breton, Applications Development Manager, will present the next edition of Tosoh Tuesday, a webinar series held by Chromatography Experts. Yuliya McAnany, Applications Scientist – Process Resins at Tosoh Bioscience, will showcase a suite of high-performance tools for reliable separation and analysis of AAV particles. Yuliya will start by discussing Tosoh’s novel full capsid enrichment method for TOYOPEARL GigaCap Q-650S resin combined with choline chloride, achieving 90% purity and 75% recovery. The conversation will include a look into Tosoh’s analytical toolkit for increased reliability, and improved sensitivity for critical quality monitoring.
Participants will learn how to simplify the development of a high-performing enrichment step and will learn how Tosoh’s TSKgel Q-STAT, TSKgel GMPWxl, and LenS3 MALS detector can be used to advance quality monitoring of AAV products.
