Driving peptide bioanalysis forward with selective MS and streamlined data workflows

Peptide therapeutics such as GLP-1 receptor agonists (e.g., semaglutide and liraglutide) present increasing challenges for bioanalytical laboratories, requiring both high sensitivity and enhanced selectivity in complex biological matrices.
In this webinar, we introduce a next-generation LC-MS workflow using the Thermo Scientific Stellar Mass Spectrometer coupled with Thermo Scientific Vanquish UHPLC, leveraging SPS MS³ to deliver an additional level of selectivity beyond traditional MS/MS. This approach enables reliable quantitation with LLOQ down to 0.05 ng/mL, while simplifying sample preparation by removing the need for SPE—supporting faster method development and higher throughput.
The workflow is powered by Thermo Scientific Chromeleon software, providing a unified, compliance-ready platform for instrument control, data acquisition, processing, and reporting. Chromeleon software supports operation across multiple instrument types, offers intuitive and efficient workflows, and enables integration with LIMS solutions such as Thermo Scientific Watson LIMS, ensuring seamless data handling in both regulated and non-regulated environments.
