Prior to joining the company, she worked for Wellcome Research and GlaxoSmithKline. Wai is passionate about promoting STEM to future scientists by encouraging, nurturing, and supporting them.

With more than 20 years of experience in scientific instrumentation, he focuses on translating complex customer needs into practical, high-performance solutions for advanced analytical laboratories worldwide.
He holds an MChem in Medicinal Chemistry and works closely with global customers, applications teams, and R&D to shape solutions for demanding workflows, including IC-MS and other hyphenated techniques.
