Optimizing for Impact: Expert Strategies for Single-Cell Preparation and Data Analysis

In Part 3, the final webinar of our Single-Cell Proteomics Master Class Series, we turn foundational knowledge and real-world applications into practical, lab-ready strategies. This final session focuses on the critical steps that determine success in single-cell proteomics workflows—sample preparation and high-quality data analysis.
Attendees will gain actionable guidance from experts, including our partner Cellenion, who will share best practices for achieving reliable, reproducible single-cell sample preparation. You will also explore how to leverage Thermo Scientific™ Proteome Discoverer™ software to extract deeper insights, streamline data interpretation, and enhance confidence in your results.
Why attend?
Participants will learn how to:
- Apply proven sample preparation practices to increase workflow robustness and data quality.
- Reduce sources of variability and ensure consistency across single-cell experiments.
- Use Proteome Discoverer software to reveal more meaningful biological insights from complex datasets.
- Integrate lessons from all three webinars to build or refine a high-performing single-cell proteomics pipeline.
You will also have the opportunity to ask the experts your questions during the live Q&A.
Whether you are refining an established workflow or preparing to scale your single-cell proteomics efforts, this session delivers the practical expertise needed to achieve reliable, high-impact results.
