Presenter: Keisuke Shima (Group Manager, MALDI Group, Diagnostic Division, Shimadzu Corporation Japan)
After graduating from Osaka University Graduate School, Keisuke Shima worked in drug discovery research at Ono Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Subsequently, he joined Shimadzu Corporation, where he focused on application development and customer support, primarily in MALDI microbial identification. In 2021, Keisuke was assigned to the Shimadzu China Innovation Center, where he engaged in collaborative research with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Since 2025, he has served as the MALDI Product Manager in the Diagnostics Division at Shimadzu Corporation's headquarters.
