The standard for assessing particle size and size distribution has usually been carried out by dynamic light scattering or laser diffraction. While these techniques are a simple analysis method, they are low resolution, and do not achieve the accuracy needed for smaller particles. Shimadzu is excited to release an effective alternative to the market of particle size measurement with centrifugal field flow fractionation.
