Monoclonal Antibody Analysis Using mAbXmise® Kits and Xevo™ TQ Absolute XR Mass Spectrometer

Participate in the live presentation of “Monoclonal Antibody Analysis Using mAbXmise® Kits and Xevo™ TQ Absolute XR Mass Spectrometer” and learn from senior scientists on the choices made to set up the application and hear insights on:
- Rapid implementation with ready to use kits simplifying method setup.
- High selectivity and the peptide level detection avoids matrix interferences common in immunoassays.
- Enabling multiplex quantification of multiple monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) or anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) in a single run thanks to the broad dynamic range
- Correction for sample and analytical variability using Internal standards, improving inter lab standardization.
Who Should Attend?
- Laboratory professionals and clinicians who are eager to learn about the benefits of LC-MS/MS in the clinical laboratory workflow
- Laboratory professionals who are seeking to expand their knowledge into using LC-MS/MS for the quantitative analysis of peptides and proteins for clinical research
Presenter: Davor FIELITZ, Ph.D. (Senior Clinical Support Specialist EMEA, Waters Corporation)
Davor Fielitz is a highly accomplished professional with a rich background in the field of analytical chemistry and mass spectrometry. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Support Specialist at Waters, EMEA, Davor focuses on pre-sales activities, with a specialization in high-resolution toxicology screening.
Davor's journey:PhD research at A&M Stabtest, a pharmaceutical CRO, where he developed expertise in mass spec for peptides and proteins, particularly in oxidative stress detection on antibodies using Orbitrap technology.
Later, he served as an MS Project Leader at A&M Stabtest, focusing on protein characterization and pharmaceutical byproduct analysis, all with high-res mass spec.
Davor expanded his skills at Waters, initially as an MS Sales Specialist for Germany West and later returned to Waters as an Application Specialist in the German Customer Success Team. In between, he also gained valuable experience at Shimadzu Germany as a Field Application Specialist, specializing in tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. Davor's career spans academia and industry, making him an invaluable asset in high-resolution mass spectrometry.
Presenter: Dorothée LEBERT (Chief Scientific Officer, PROMISE Proteomics)
Dorothee holds an engineering degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, and she has been working on the development of protein quantitative assays based on mass spectrometry for more than 18 years.
She has been managing PROMISE Proteomics for 15 years, where the team is focused on the development of IVD devices for clinical diagnostics applications.
