Innovating PFAS Workflows: Advanced Sample Prep and LC-MS/MS for Emerging Contaminants

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) continue to pose analytical challenges due to their chemical diversity, low detection limits, and presence across a wide range of complex matrices. Over the past two years, PFAS testing has become a critical focus for food safety, environmental, and clinical laboratories.
In this joint webinar, Phenomenex and SCIEX present the latest innovations in PFAS analysis, with a spotlight on short-chain PFAS and emerging contaminants. Learn how cutting-edge sample preparation techniques and high-sensitivity LC-MS/MS workflows are enabling robust, reproducible detection in diverse matrices.
Through real-world applications and collaborative research, we’ll showcase ready-to-implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance data confidence—empowering laboratories to meet evolving regulatory and scientific demands.
Key Learning Points
- Background to PFAS and their regulations
- Sample Preparation strategies from various matrices
- Correct HPLC column choice
- Focus on short-chain PFAS
- Sensitive and robust methods applicable to water and food samples
- Some insight about designed for PFAS products
