Phenomenex: Method Development and Optimization of Native RPLC-HRMS Characterization of ADCs using Biozen Native RP Columns
During this presention, we will review the following:
- An RPLC-HRMS method development approach for rapid, comprehensive DAR analysis, including positional isomers, under native conditions.
- Sorbent polarity and hydrophobicity effects on retention and selectivity of individual DAR species.
- Optimized chromatographic separation and MS identification of all DAR species, including positional isomers, of several ADCs.
Key Learning Points
- Learn about method development approach for native RPLC-HRMS of ADCs using Biozen Native RP columns.
- Take a deep dive into method optimization strategies.
- Examine online HRMS identification of individual DAR species.
Who Should Attend
- Characterization and In-process scientists needing to develop robust, MS friendly methods to characterize and identify individual DAR species, including positional isomers, and average drug to antibody ratios (DAR) of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
