Live from the Lab: Spatial proteomics in action

Spatial proteomics, which enables spatially and cell-type resolved protein profiling in tissue specimens, is the Nature Methods Method of the Year 2024. A particularly powerful methodology is the integration of advanced imaging with exploratory liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based proteomics. Current workflows allow the profiling of a few cells, such as cellular niches, and even single cell applications.
With such high-resolution methods, increasing sample throughput is essential and requires robust, reproducible, and scalable LC-MS workflows to cope with these demands.
In this webinar, learn from the experts in the field about:
- Image processing and region co-registration for laser microdissection (LMD)
- Sample capture and sample preparation
- Proteome analysis on the Evosep Eno and timsUltra AIP, enabling a "100 spatial proteomes a day" workflow
