Single-Cell Explorations on the timsTOF Ultra 2

Recent instrumental breakthroughs in mass spectrometry and sample preparation methods are a real game-changer and have opened new possibilities for proteomic analysis implying extreme sensitivity at high throughput. Single-cell proteomics (SCP) analysis has become feasible. We optimized a timsTOF Ultra 2 instrument to maximize output results. Our robust and sensitive SCP workflow has been applied to diverse biological projects, including B lymphocytes subtyping and drugs effect on cancer.
