Automation Of Dissolution Process With The Merel dissoBOT System

In this webinar we will explore the Merel, dissoBOT system, a pioneering technology in the pharmaceutical testing landscape, introducing the first fully automated dissolution system featuring clip-on/off capabilities.
This state-of-the-art system simplifies the dissolution process by enabling automatic sequential operations—cleaning, media dispensing, and sample introduction without interfering with the ongoing dissolution process. Designed to work seamlessly with established systems such as the Agilent 850-DS Dissolution Sampling Station and the 708-DS Dissolution Apparatus, dissoBOT enhances efficiency and reproducibility. The advanced automation facilitated by collaborative robotics allows for extended operational cycles and minimal setup time, with a clip-on procedure completing in less than a minute.
This webinar will detail the operational principles, components like the Dosage Delivery Module (DDM), and the integration capabilities of the dissoBOT with current dissolution apparatuses, ensuring precise media dispensing and accurate sample analysis. Participants of this webinar will gain in-depth knowledge and practical insights into the automation of the dissolution testing process using the Merel dissoBOT system.
Key learning objectives include:
- Understanding the foundational technology behind the dissoBOT's clip-on/off capability and its integration with existing dissolution systems.
- Exploring the automated functions of the dissoBOT, including sequential media dispensing, cleaning, and sample introduction, and how these operations enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Learning about the compatibility of the dissoBOT with common dissolution apparatuses like the Agilent 708-DS and the 850-DS Dissolution Sampling Station.
- Gaining insights into the process enhancements brought by the dissoBOT, such as reduced manual intervention, increased reproducibility, and streamlined workflow.
- Discovering the technical specifics of the system components, including the Dosage Delivery Module, dissoDOSE technology, and automated sample collection methods.
- Understanding the impact of dissoBOT on pharmaceutical quality control and how it can lead to more reliable and faster dissolution testing results.
