Flip the script on stability screening of high concentration proteins with Uncle

Many biologics end up formulated at high concentrations, but are only characterized at low concentrations until very late in the development process. For biologics it is well understood that stability at high concentration is a critical technical milestone, but most life science instrumentation can’t deliver answers at high concentrations. This seminar will highlight Uncle’s unique ability to characterize proteins at high concentrations using all three of its detection methods. Specifically, Tm and Tagg will look at conformational and colloidal stability at high concentration. Uncle’s measurement of protein-protein interactions at high concentrations using the Kirkwood-Buff integral (G22) will also be discussed, focusing on its relationship to B22 and when to use each measurement to assess long term stability.
