Presenter: Colette Quinn Ph.D. (Sr. Director of Light Scattering in QC)
Colette brings over 15 years of experience to her current role as Sr. Director of Light Scattering in QC at Waters Corporation. Her journey at Waters has been dynamic, encompassing various roles such as Applications Scientist, Product Manager, and Director of Strategy. Prior to joining Waters, she earned her Doctorate in Chemistry from Dartmouth College, where she focused on monitoring protein and nucleic acid interactions with heavy and essential metals utilizing a range of biophysical techniques. Her rigorous education laid a strong foundation for her analytical approach to problem-solving.
Presenter: Tracy Hibbs (Principal Consulting Product Manager - Informatics)
Tracy Hibbs has worked for Waters Corporation since 1999 and has held a variety of positions including technical trainer, business impact consultant, training manager for informatics and data integrity, and currently, principal consulting product marketing manager focusing on Informatics solutions. Tracy provides support for Waters Empower Software Suite and is concentrated on developing laboratory data management software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives in regulated environments. Before joining Waters, Tracy was a research scientist where she gained experience in chromatography and the associated data systems. Tracy holds a master’s degree in chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from The University of Tennessee.
