Benefits of Customizing LC systems for Bioanalysis and PFAS Analysis

The use of extremely corrosive buffer salts in conjunction with extremely shallow gradients for the best separation makes Biochromatography a challenging application for applied liquid chromatography systems. Successful chromatography necessitates an iron-free flow channel, consistent gradient formation, and the capability to utilize either binary or quaternary pumping systems.
Discover how to make changes to the LC system to increase its biocompatibility. Discussion will include biocompatible flow channel for molecules that are prone to metal-induced artifacts. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for lowering PFAS backgrounds from LC instruments. In particular, PFC-free LC conversion kits and associated substitutes for all crucial LC system components made of materials containing organic fluorine compounds will be covered.
