Advanced Column Selection for SEC/GPC Analysis of Biomolecules

Column selection for SEC/GPC is a key challenge in biomolecular seperations. Understanding when to choose what type of column is critical for developing successful SEC/GPC methods.
In this webinar, we will highlight the main factors that define a strong SEC column and illustrate how they benefit the analysis of different modalities, including AAVs, VLPs, and large oligonucleotides.
Key learning objectives
- Learn how to choose the right SEC/GPC column for biomolecular analysis.
- Discover key factors: particle size, pore volume, detector compatibility, and more.
- Explore workflow examples for better understanding.
Who should attend?
- Analytical chemists focusing on SEC/GPC for biomolecules, including AAVs, VLPs, and large oligonucleotides.
