Presenter: Nicole Baumgarten (Senior Sales Application Chemist, Waters)
Nicole is part of the Customer Success team at Waters with a focus on LC-MS/MS application and sales support. She works in this role for more than 10 years and gained experience in previous roles as analyst for biopharmaceuticals in process controls at Boehringer Ingelheim and research Assistent at Zentrum für Humangenetik und Laboratoriumsmedizin in Munich after finishing a Master of Chemical engineering at Hochschule Fresenius, Idstein.
