Thermo Scientific: Advancing analytical techniques in monoclonal antibody formulations

This webinar unveils the development of a high-throughput multidimensional liquid chromatography approach in combination with charged aerosol detection (CAD), leveraging a combination of ion exchange and reversed-phase columns, ensuring accurate and precise analysis within minutes.

Discover how this method advances formulation development, stability testing, and batch release, providing researchers with valuable insights into surfactant degradation dynamics.

Learning Points:

  • Discover cutting-edge techniques for rapid analysis of surfactants in antibody formulations
  • Unveil high-throughput liquid chromatography with charged aerosol detection
  • Gain valuable insights for optimizing formulation development and stability testing

Who should attend?

  • Biopharmaceutical scientists and researchers specializing in monoclonal antibody development
  • Analytical chemists and technicians involved in pharmaceutical formulation analysis
  • Quality control and regulatory affairs professionals in the pharmaceutical industry

Presenter: Maksymilian Zegota, PhD (Senior Scientist, Coriolis Pharma)

Dr. Zegota earned his PH.D. in chemistry from the Max Planck Institute for polymer research in Mainz, Germany, concentrating on site-selective protein modification.

After completing his doctorate, he joined Coriolis Pharma in Martinsried, Germany.

Currently, Dr. Zegota focuses on developing Novel methods for surfactant analysis in biologics to assist in the root-cause analysis of polysorbate and poloxamer degradation, contributing to formulation development in the pharmaceutical field.

Presenter: Marcus Klee (Marcus Klee, Regional Marketing Manager HPLC, Thermo Fisher Scientific)

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Hochschule Fresenius in 2000, specialized in Marketing & Sales. Since then, held various marketing roles since 2000, currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA for HPLC
