AAV characterization from titer to full/empty determination
Tosoh Bioscience: Tosoh Tuesday - AAV characterization from titer to full/empty determination.jpg
Christian Rohrer, Director of Sales & Support at Tosoh Bioscience GmbH, will present the next edition of Tosoh Tuesday, a webinar series held by Chromatography Experts.
On Tuesday, January 16, Farihah Haque, Product Specialist GPC/SEC Instruments and Andrea Krumm, Product Manager Analytical Columns at Tosoh Bioscience, will explain how the combination of size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and multi-angle light scattering (MALS) works to characterize critical quality attributes of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs). They will highlight newly developed HPLC methods to improve the separation and analysis of viral particles such as AAVs with a focus on ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatography. Additionally, they will discuss instrumentation and analysis for viral particles, highlighting the utility of multi-angle light scattering (MALS) detection.
After the webinar, ask your questions during the live Q&A session.
