Solid-Phase Extraction: Back to Basics
Waters Corporation: Solid-Phase Extraction: Back to Basics
Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE) is a fundamental sample preparation technique widely used across all areas of analytical chemistry.
Whether new to SPE or seeking a refresher, this webinar will introduce the basics of sample preparation and provide practical insights and technical background on the benefits when choosing SPE over another form of sample preparation, especially for analytes in complex matrices. Join us in exploring SPE retention mechanisms, device format and sorbent selection, and best practices for implementing successful SPE methods. This webinar is designed for both beginners and experienced scientists looking to reinforce their understanding of this sample clean-up tool.
Learning Objectives Include:
-
Understanding SPE Fundamentals
-
Optimizing SPE by Selecting an Appropriate Sorbent, Format, and Protocol
-
Verifying Successful SPE Implementation and Troubleshooting Tips
