Oligonucleotide Screening By Automated High-Throughput Mass Spec: Maximizing Speed and Confidence
LabRulez/AI: Oligonucleotide Screening By Automated High-Throughput Mass Spec: Maximizing Speed and Confidence
The increased production demand for oligonucleotides has led to a need for faster characterization tools that ensure product quality and designated effect.
Join Dr. Thomas Walker, LC/MS Applications Scientist at Agilent Technologies, as he presents a complete, automated, high-throughput workflow for characterization, data processing, and report generation for oligonucleotides. Explore how the RapidFire 400 enables mass spec data acquisition of oligo samples in less than 15 seconds per sample.
Key learning objectives
-
Understand RapidFire’s utility in high throughput applications
-
Discover how BioConfirm software is used to analyze oligo data
-
Explore how BioMS Reviewer simplifies report generation and data presentation
Who should attend?
- Anyone interested in mass spectrometry analysis of oligos and high-throughput mass spectrometry
Presenter: Thomas E. Walker, PhD (LC/MS Application Scientist, Agilent Technologies)
Dr. Thomas Walker graduated from Texas A&M University where he specialized in mass spectrometry instrumentation design and application development. He works at the Agilent Lexington, MA site as an LC/MS Application Scientist specializing in protein and oligo applications using TOF, QTOF, IM-QTOF, and RapidFire. He has also contributed to the implementation of a complete, automated workflow for oligo impurity analysis using RapidFire-MS.
