Too Polar for Reversed Phase - What do you do?

Very polar compounds have poor retention in reversed phase and can be challenging to separate.
In this talk, we will discuss changes to your reversed phase conditions that can help. We’ll also look at the benefits of choosing a more polar stationary phase.
If that doesn’t work you may need to explore other types of chromatography.
Some of those options are:
HILIC
Ion Pair
Normal Phase
Advantages and disadvantages of these options will be discussed.
