From Instrument to Column: Troubleshooting in HPLC

Common problems like pressure, peak shape changes, retention time shifts, and changes in detection are ones HPLC chromatographers routinely struggle with.
In this webinar we will work through troubleshooting strategies to help you with them. When a problem arises, it is important to determine if it’s more likely related to the instrument or something with the column. The answer could be either one of them, but it might also be something else like the sample or mobile phase. Looking at both the instrument and the column, we will walk through steps used to help track down the potential cause and recommend a course of action to help resolve the problem.
