Your HPLC/MS; Solutions for Your Instrument

Mass Spectrometry continues to grow in popularity. Many labs with mass spectrometers often look to “upgrading” their HPLC to UHPLC as a way to shorten run times, increase throughput, and thereby keep up with the increasing demand on their mass spectrometers. But is “upgrading” our only choice?
While UHPLC does offer several advantages over traditional HPLC for the mass spec lab, including speed, many LC/MS applications can be run on an optimized HPLC with very good results. In today’s talk, we will discuss system optimization not only for UHPLC/MS, but also with the goal of improving speed, resolution, and throughput on our traditional HPLC/MS systems as well.
Presenter: Paul Altiero (Application Engineer, Agilent Technologies, Inc.)
