Analysis of Biotherapeutics using Size Exclusion Chromatography

Agilent Technologies: Analysis of Biotherapeutics using Size Exclusion Chromatography
Size-based separation using size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is a standard technique used to analyse size variants and monitor the purity level of biotherapeutics. More complex molecules such as antibody drug conjugates, or ADCs, may be more challenging due to the presence of hydrophobic cytotoxic drugs that can result in nonideal behaviour with many size exclusion chromatography columns. With increasing challenges to address assessment of this key critical quality attributes, Agilent Workflow Solution for Aggregate Analysis makes sure that you achieve your scientific compliance and business goals.
In this webinar, we will discuss:
- Column suggestions for separation and quantification of Aggregates and Fragments
- Fast-SEC for high throughput analysis while maintaining good resolution
- Eliminating secondary interactions
- Enhancing column lifetime
