Presenter: John Nguyen (Technical Support Specialist, Waters Corporation)
John Nguyen is a Technical Support Specialist based in Houston. He supports customers throughout the Southern United States on Waters LC, LC/MS, and informatics products. Prior to his current role, John served as a Principal Service Specialist at Waters from 2011 to 2014.

Kieron Faherty is the Separations and Mass Spectrometry Field Marketing Manager for the Americas at Waters Corporation. He received his B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Reading (Reading, Berkshire, UK) and his doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst, MA). He has held several field-based positions at Waters, most recently as a Field Applications Specialist focused on biopharmaceutical applications using Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry instrumentation.

Allie Ahern has been with Waters for 10 years and is the Informatics Product Marketing Manager within the Americas Field Marketing Organization. Prior to Allie’s current role, she has held other roles at Waters including Service Marketing Product Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Field Service Engineer.
