Presenter: Emily Sible (Principle Technical Support Specialist, Waters Corporation)
Emily Sible has been working at Waters for many years in various roles. Her current role is Principal Technical Support Specialist, where she provides demos of the Waters portfolio of LC and LC/MS products, assists customers with applications, and provides software support.
Presenter: Christian Reidy (Chemistry Account Manager, Waters Corporation)
At Waters, Christian Reidy is the Chemistry Account Manager for Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and northern Massachusetts. He is responsible for providing technical insights, sales support, and ensuring customer success with Waters chemistry consumable selection, including columns, solid phase extraction (SPE), application kits, and vials. Prior to joining Water, Christian previously worked at a contract research organization focused in polymer analysis as a Project Manager.
Presenter: Neil Lander (Principal Product Manager, Waters Corporation)
Neil has worked for Waters Corporation since 1994 and has held a variety of positions including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Trainer, Manager Customer Education and currently, Principal Marketing Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. He provides internal support for Empower Chromatography Data System and is focused on developing laboratory software solutions that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives. Prior to joining Waters, he was an analytical chemist where he gained experience in both the cosmetics and specialty chemical industries.
Presenter: John Shinoda (Senior Support Specialist, Waters Corporation)
A native Californian, John was born in Oakland California, and has spent his entire life in the state. John graduated from University of California, Davis with a BS in Biochemistry.
In 1985 John joined Waters Corp. as a service engineer, responsible for installing and repairing liquid chromatographs in Southern California. In 1993 John moved from the service side of the business to the sales side, providing pre and post-sales support for Waters LC, SFC, UPLC and MS instruments.

Kieron Faherty is the Separations and Mass Spectrometry Field Marketing Manager for the Americas at Waters Corporation. He received his B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Reading (Reading, Berkshire, UK) and his doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst, MA). He has held several field-based positions at Waters, most recently as a Field Applications Specialist focused on biopharmaceutical applications using Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry instrumentation.
