Enhancing Peptide and Oligonucleotide Analysis with Ultra Inert HPLC Technology

LC analysis of many biomolecules remains challenging due to their sensitivity to metal interactions within chromatographic systems, often leading to poor peak shape and reduced sensitivity in chromatographic separations.
This webinar explores how Agilent Altura HPLC columns with Ultra Inert technology overcome these challenges by minimizing metal-analyte interactions. We will illustrate how this innovation enhances resolution, reproducibility, and quantification in reversed phase and HILIC separations of oligonucleotides and synthetic peptides.
Who should attend?
- Laboratory technicians, researchers, and scientists wishing to learn more about peptide and oligonucleotide behavior in columns with inert technology, enhancing method development, and streamlining analytical processes.
- Anyone looking to gain a better understanding of strategies that can be implemented to improve your peptide and oligonucleotide analysis workflows and data quality.
Presenter: Katrien Sabbe, PhD (Biopharma Business Development Manager Chemistries and Supplies, Agilent Technologies)
