She has over 15 years of extensive experience in innovating, commercializing and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth opportunities. Prior to joining Agilent Technologies, she had held several positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technologies and DiscoveRx Corporation. She received her Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Florida. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and is an inventor on several patents.
